Travel Time Line
Arrive at Colombo Airport and visit Munneswaram and Manavari Temples in Chilaw. Continue to Anuradhapura for Sri Maha Bodhi, Ruwanwelisaya, Jetavanaramaya, and Abhayagiri. Overnight in Anuradhapura.
Drive to Mannar and visit Thirukethiswaram Temple, then cross the causeway to Jaffna. Overnight in Jaffna.
Visit Naguleswaram Temple and Nallur Kandaswamy Kovil, then continue to Trincomalee for Koneswaram Temple and the hot wells. Overnight in Trincomalee.
Visit Dambulla Cave Temple en route to Kandy. Tour the Temple of the Tooth Relic, walk beside Kandy Lake, explore local markets, and enjoy a cultural show. Overnight in Kandy.
Travel through the highlands via Ramboda Waterfall, Sri Bhaktha Hanuman Temple, a tea factory, Seetha Amman Temple, and Ashok Vatika. Continue to Kataragama. Overnight in Kataragama.
Visit Kataragama Temple, then travel to Galle for the UNESCO-listed fort and lighthouse. Continue to Colombo for sightseeing and shopping. Overnight in Colombo.
After breakfast, enjoy free time depending on the flight schedule and transfer to Colombo Airport for departure.
