Travel Time Line
Arrive at Colombo Airport and meet your English-speaking driver-guide. Continue to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to observe the elephants being fed, bathed, and spending time near the river. Proceed to Kandy and relax at the hotel. Overnight in Kandy.
After breakfast, explore Kandy and visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, with an opportunity to attend the morning ceremony. Continue to the Royal Botanical Garden, renowned for its orchid collection and landscaped grounds. In the evening, enjoy a traditional cultural dance performance. Overnight in Kandy.
After breakfast, drive approximately 2.5–3 hours to Nuwara Eliya. Stop at Ramboda Waterfall, visit Sri Bhaktha Hanuman Temple, and tour a tea factory and plantation with a tasting session. In Nuwara Eliya, visit Seetha Amman Temple and Hakgala Botanical Garden. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
After breakfast, enjoy the scenic 5–6-hour drive to Colombo. Tour the city and visit Gangaramaya Temple, Galle Face Green, and Independence Memorial Hall. Later, shop for souvenirs and local crafts at markets or malls such as Odel or Crescat Boulevard. Overnight in Colombo.
After breakfast, enjoy free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing depending on the flight schedule, then transfer to Colombo Airport for departure.
